Primal Fitness

Be ready to move in ways you never thought possible.  In Primal Fitness you will learn functional movements and skills.  Learn to master all body weight movements like push ups, sit ups, pull ups, toes to bar, L sits and many more. 

Primal Fitness will also incorporate weighted movements using medicine balls, dead balls, kettle bells, weighted vests, dumbbells and more. All to give your body the right stimuli to burn fat fast, build lean muscle as well as grow and adapt for real life situations.

Primal Fitness is the perfect platform to launch into our other programs at CrossFit Canley Heights and The Heights Barbell Club.

 

CrossFit Canley Heights

CrossFit Canley Heights uses a variety of functional movements performed at high intensity. These movements are focused on a combination of weightlifting and gymnastics to improve the core movements in CrossFit. You will practice and train major lifts including deadlifts, squats, cleans, presses, clean & jerk and snatches as well as master the basics of gymnastics such as pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, presses to handstand and more. CrossFit Canley Heights is programmed with a heavy emphasis on progression and is designed to accommodate beginners to advanced athletes.

If your passion is ultimate strength or lifting things above your head, then The Heights Barbell Club is the place for you.  Here you will have access to elite coaches providing technique and programs for all levels of athletes from beginners through to seasoned competitors. Whether you're interested in Weightlifting or Powerlifting, we have coaches that will tailor to your goals.
