Our Weightlifting program is a carefully designed program that helps to improve your Snatch and Clean & Jerk whilst getting you stronger. This program involves technical and strength work that will improve your technical weaknesses which hinder progress but also get you squatting, pulling and pushing more. This program is suitable for beginners, intermediate as well as advanced lifters and can be tweaked to suit the individual lifter's skill.
