3 day fundamentals
Fundamentals is a must before joining CrossFit Canley Heights. You will learn the movements and skills that are required at CrossFit Canley Heights. This will give you the confidence to come into class knowing that you have the base knowledge of the movements needed.
SESSIONS: 3 x 1 hr sessions (1 on 1 with coach)
